Choose your event date, browse the items you need, and submit your quote request through our website. Once received, our team will review your request and send a finalized invoice with payment options by email. No payment is required to request a quote.

No. Submitting a quote request does not reserve your items. Your rental is only confirmed once your invoice has been reviewed, signed if required, and the deposit payment has been made. Your invoice will be emailed to you after you submit your quote request.

Orders over $200 require a 50% deposit to reserve your rental items and event date. The remaining balance is due one week before the event. Orders under $200 require full payment to confirm the order. If your event is less than two weeks away at the time of booking, full payment may be required.

Yes. We deliver throughout Central Florida, and customer pickup is available for select items. Delivery, pickup, and setup options can be selected during checkout, and final logistics are confirmed before your event.

Yes. Setup and breakdown are available for many items and can be added to your order. If setup service is not selected, items should be broken down and returned to the designated drop-off area before pickup.

Most quotes are reviewed and sent within 24 hours. If your event is coming up quickly, feel free to call or text us and we will do our best to assist as soon as possible.

All payments are non-refundable. If your event is canceled or impacted by weather, you will receive a rain check that can be applied toward a future event. The rescheduled event must take place within 90 days of the original event date.

Some items are available for customer pickup, while others may require delivery based on size, setup requirements, or handling needs. If pickup is available for your items, you will see that option during checkout.

Customers are responsible for missing, damaged, or excessively soiled rental items. Replacement or cleaning fees may apply depending on the item and its condition upon return.

Basic cleaning is included for most standard rentals, but food, trash, and loose debris should be removed before pickup. Certain items such as tableware, glassware, or specialty equipment may have additional handling requirements listed on your invoice.

Bartending service pricing depends on factors such as guest count, service hours, number of bartenders needed, bar rentals, and any add-ons requested. Submit your request online, and our team will prepare a custom quote based on your event needs.
